A note from our founder.

Front1 Health Partners began in 2020 during a time of extraordinary uncertainty. Like so many others, I found myself facing an unexpected career transition and asking what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.

Having spent my career in healthcare, I knew whatever came next needed to have purpose. I wanted to build something that could make a meaningful impact on an industry I deeply believed in. That vision became Front1 Health Partners.

We entered the chest drainage market at a time when health systems had limited supplier choice in a critical product category. We saw an opportunity to do things differently by building a portfolio centered on quality, clinical performance, reliability, and value.

Today, Front1 products are trusted by hospitals across the country, and our growth continues to reinforce what we believed from the beginning: healthcare benefits from greater choice, strong partnerships, and products clinicians can depend on.

But we are just getting started.

Our vision extends beyond chest drainage. We are actively looking for areas of healthcare where Front1 can bring innovation, strengthen supply chains, create greater value, and make a meaningful difference for clinicians and the patients they care for.

I am incredibly proud that Front1 is a women owned company, but even more proud of what we are building: an organization with purpose, one that challenges the status quo and creates products designed to make a difference.
